At Kikobot, we aim to deliver your orders swiftly and in excellent condition through our trusted shipping partners.
Shipping Process
- We use reputed courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
- While we strive to ship all items in a single order together, certain products may be shipped separately based on availability or product characteristics. If this occurs, we will notify you in advance.
- If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact our Customer Support immediately with your order reference number.
- You can track the shipping status of your order on our website under the Track Your Order section.
- All orders are shipped with an invoice, as per Indian tax regulations.
Shipping Partners
We primarily ship via FedEx, Bluedart,DHL and other logistics partners available at checkout. For remote locations, we may accommodate EMS Speed Post upon special request, but we cannot guarantee acceptance due to postal verification requirements.
Shipping Time & Delivery
- We process and ship most orders within 7 working days of placement.
- We ship orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- Standard delivery times range between 2-5 business days across India. However, shipping times are subject to courier company processes, transit routes, and serviceability in your location.
Warranty & Refund Policy
We take pride in providing high-quality products and accurate descriptions. However, in the rare case of product defects or discrepancies, we offer the following support:
Warranty Policy
- All Kikobot products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified.
- If you receive a defective product, please notify us within the warranty period for assistance.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in case of exchanges or returns. We will reimburse shipping costs if a defect is verified.
- We offer free replacement or repairs for defective products, with prepaid shipping.
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a 100% refund.
- Warranty does not apply if the product has been misused, subjected to static discharge, modified, soldered, or altered in any way.
Refund & Replacement Process
- We offer 2 days from the date of delivery to report issues like shipping damage, item mismatch, or missing parts.
- To initiate a claim, please contact us.
- Our technical team will review your request.
- Once we receive the returned product, our experts will verify the reported issue and process a replacement or refund.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a 100% refund will be issued.
- Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control, order cancellations and returns without a valid reason are not permitted.
Order Cancellation
- Customers can request an order cancellation via email only before the order status changes from “Pending” or “Payment Verification”.
- Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled.
- Some payment methods may incur a 5% cancellation charge, as payment gateways retain their commission even on canceled orders.
- Kikobot reserves the right to make final decisions on all refund requests.
Return Guidelines
- If a product is found to be faulty and cannot be repaired remotely, we will issue an RMA number for return shipping.
- The RMA number must be clearly mentioned on the return package.
- Do not write directly on the merchandise packaging.
- Returns must include the original packing list that was shipped with your order.
- Unused defective merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt.
Limitations of Responsibility
- Kikobot is not responsible for incorrect installations, improper handling, or failure to observe electrical polarity while connecting components.
- We are not liable for damages caused by customer modifications, mishandling, or unauthorized alterations.
